Mark arrived at the arrranged time he was very polite and generally respectful of my property. He took a lot of care locating the leak which was not easy to access. He assesed the problem and spoke to me before the repair, giving me information about the cost. He took a lot of care and managed to do the job well. I paid him at the time as everything was very satisfactory and being just before a National holiday, a great releif to find such a helpful company and professional plumber.

I had a wonderful young man who was polite and very efficient, he got to the core of the problem and solved it, even when he hit a snag it didn't faze him, very flexible with fitting the job in at the nearest time possible, which was 0ne hour of calling them, I am extremely happy and would not hesitate recommending them to all my friends.

I had an engineer from the company come to check my boiler. My boiler was old and I had been having problems with it so wasn't surprised to find that it wasn't repairable. I work full time and only had my week off to sort this out The engineer said he could fit a new boiler for me the same week. He came back on the Saturday to do the job. A nice new boiler fitted and old boiler taken away, a very thorough job done and no mess left. I was very impressed with the service given by this company and would certainly be using them again

Urgent need to get a leaking pipe fixed. Had a confirmed same day booking for 3-5pm within 2minutes of submitting my request at 8:30am. Got a phone call at around 1pm that they could come even earlier at 1:30pm. On arrival the leak source was detected and fixed within the hour. Very smooth experience and will definitely be using EVO again.

Quick to respond to replace leaking towel rail, gave advice on other radiators and in the past I have used Aaron to replace leaking kitchen mixer tap and to replace boiler condensing pipe including connecting to underground drainage. No job too small. Aaron always gives good advice and service.

Now used EVO twice in short order, first for a blocked kitchen sink, nothing major, found them on Checkatrade, responded quickly, sorted the problem, then called them again a few days later when a power shower wouldn't switch off, excellent advice over the phone, came the next morning as promised, sorted the problem, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and will definitely use them again if needed
