Cold Water tank was over filling and draining through overflow pipe. Visited at my request same day after 5pm and fixed problem charging exactly as per quotation. On separate visit replaced stopcock as original had seized up. Both times communication was excellent and jobs were carried out professionally and on each occasion house left very tidy with no mess. Have used Evo before and again would have no hesitation in calling them again.

Jordan arrived on time on Monday, 3 Feb and explained the problem. The power flush needed replacement. He immediately Looked on line for a replacement. The earliest available was Wednesday. He arrived a bit late, for which he had warned he had had an emergency, replaced the necessary parts in short order. Courteous, explained everything and did the job with no problems.
The company were very friendly when organising the appt on the phone. The plumber who visited knew what he was doing and was v polite and efficient.
Aaron flushed all my radiators, serviced the boiler and fitted a tap. He was very knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions, did a really good job and was friendly. I will definitely be using them again. Great customer service. Thanks lads!

Arrived on time, courteous and tidy. Checked what needed to be done then worked through job efficiently. Showed the iron sludge extracted in the machine and refiled system with inhibitors then ran up to temperature, demonstrating the improvement in the worst problem radiator. Completed job on time. Since the work required access to most of the house its nature is quite invasive but this was handled well. Many thanks.
