Mark arrived at the arrranged time he was very polite and generally respectful of my property. He took a lot of care locating the leak which was not easy to access. He assesed the problem and spoke to me before the repair, giving me information about the cost. He took a lot of care and managed to do the job well. I paid him at the time as everything was very satisfactory and being just before a National holiday, a great releif to find such a helpful company and professional plumber.
We did have to rearrange the appointment for the next day, but that can happen if caught up in a job that takes longer than expected. I can't say perfect time keeping because of that, but unfair to knock off more than a point. Everything else was polite, efficient and clean. Just what you want from anyone doing a job. Oh, and the price charged was the price quoted, another important requirement! A possible future problem was identified and a price emailed to replace a part, once checks done to ensure it was available (I have an old boiler).

I tend not to leave reviews but this one is deserved. We had Aaron in to fix our boiler, toilet and fit a tap and shower in the bathroom. He was very efficient and told me everything I needed to know with a very fair quote before hand. The quality of the work and tidiness was excellent - I could not recommend more highly.

The company are obviously experienced in this type of work and provided clear explanation of how each phase would be carried out. Impressed by the efficiency and tidyness of the workmanship.
Communications with company were good and they were able to arrange a visit to review of the problem and then book an appointment within a reasonable time-frame. Aaron arrived on time, did a good job and left it all very tidy.
