We moved in to a new property to find the heating system hadn’t run in any capacity for at least 2yrs. The Engineer came out as a priority call to try and get us up and running. Unfortunately the whole system including pipe work, pumps, and radiators we full of thick sludge. The boiler itself was beyond repair. The Engineer gave us a very competitive quote and we chose to proceed with the planned works. The Engineer attended in excellent time, completed all major and some additional minor works in a speedy, clean and respectful manner. There we no hidden costs or sudden price changes.

From the initial quote through to completion EVO demonstrated an interest, care and professionalism in the work. They regularly went 'above and beyond', suggested options - and overcame obstacles without quibble or scope extensions. The experienced team are good communicators, personable and easy to deal with. EVO reponded very quickly as it was not possible to continue to use the kitchen until the connetion was remade. Our technician was polite and pleasant, and completed the job in a timely manner, curing the problem which has not resurfaced. Our busy kitchen was able to function again wiht minimla disruption. We found a leaking pipe Monday night. Called Harvey having used him previously and he arranged Steve attend same day. Arrived earlier than discussed and replaced leaking section of pipe with no issues. Can't fault that for service. Will be booking them for some more upcoming heating system work. Highly recommend

New boiler and powerflush was booked in and completed within 2 Days. Stevphen and his team were very professional, very tidy and very respectful.
