The whole experience was fabulous Harvey phoned me as soon as the Checkatrade request was made and booked the repair in within a week Aaron called the morning of the job to confirm arrival in 20 minutes as was on time He realised he needed a new part so went straight off to purchase it then fixed it Really can’t fault this company and we are now warm again !
