Late on Saturday afternoon we had an emergency flood from the bathroom. Evo Plumbing were very prompt in coming to our aid and fixing the problem, Would highly recommend this company and Checkatrade.
Mark texted to say when he expected to arrive, a little earlier than planned which was fine. He carried out the service quietly and efficiently. There was a glitch after the work was carried out but Mark responded immediately to my query on the Saturday morning and was able to resolve the issue there and then.
The upstairs toilet was blocked and Steve came out within 2 hours. Steve was friendly and efficient and after trying everything else, had to remove the toilet and found a toilet freshener container stuck in there. He replaced the old parts and completed the job leaving everything neat and tidy. The price was good and service excellent- would definitely recommend them.
Communication throughout was top notch. Work carried out as agreed at agreed price. Polite plumber attended. Would use again.
