Mark arrived at the arrranged time he was very polite and generally respectful of my property. He took a lot of care locating the leak which was not easy to access. He assesed the problem and spoke to me before the repair, giving me information about the cost. He took a lot of care and managed to do the job well. I paid him at the time as everything was very satisfactory and being just before a National holiday, a great releif to find such a helpful company and professional plumber.

I understood that there was no call out charge to replace a washer on a leaking pipe. I understand there is a charge for time being spent. But I was charged £160 for 15 minutes work? I thought that was extortionate amount.

The bus did a great job. Arrived when expected, quickly identified the issue and sourced a replacement valve. The work was completed quickly and with no mess. I couldn't be happier and won't hesitate in calling Evo if I have any future plumbing needs.

Evo were quick to respond and communicated through both message and email t keep us informed. The engineer was pucntual and worked quickly to resolve the issue describing what was required at all stages.

Timely response and quality service provided by this company to first locate and then fix a leak in loft that had started to drip in to hallway ceiling. We were kept fully updated of arrival time and Steven managed to find and fix the leak very quickly which was great.

I have used Evo several times now and they have always arrived when they said they would and cured my problem - yesterday I was his last call which meant that he didn't leave my house till around 9 pm I think.
